Our apartments come furnished with a stove & oven combo, as well as a full-size refrigerator.

They do not, however, come with a washer & dryer.  Some of our apartments do have hook-ups (if you have your own washer & dryer), but others do not. 
The Eight-B Coin Laundry, located only 3.4 miles from our apartment complex, would be ideal for all your laundry needs.
