Our pricing is very competitive - we have units with prices ranging from $500 - $800 per month.  We are also pet-friendly, with a small monthly pet rent of $20 per month for dogs, and $10 per month for cats.

Upon approval of your rental application, we will require a deposit and first months rent, which will total two full months of whatever your rental agreement states at your monthly rent.
For example, if your rent is $500 per month, you'd pay a $500 deposit.

Keep in mind, your deposit is refundable at the end of your lease, under the conditions that your current rent payments are up to date, and you have also left your unit in the same condition as when you moved in.
