Centerville is also the proud home to the one and only, Minnie Pearl, who appeared on the Grand Ole Opry Stage and the television show, Hee Haw from 1969-1991. In the heart of Centerville, just in front of the courthouse, you can visit and take a picture with the beautiful Minnie Pearl statue, where she is seen wearing her trademark "hat with the price tag."
